The Tayyibat Weekly Plan, Written Out Day by Day

The written seven-day Tayyibat table, breakfast, lunch and dinner for every day, ready to follow or to print.

Short answer

The Tayyibat week alternates protein days and rest days. Three fixed meals a day, with roughly two hours of nothing eaten or drunk between meals. The full seven-day table, breakfast, lunch and dinner for every day, follows right below, ready to read or to print.

The seven-day table

Each row shows one full day of the Tayyibat system, its day type, and its three meals. Tap a dish to open its full recipe, with ingredients and cooking times. The week follows a simple rhythm: four protein days and three rest days, spaced so that protein days never run more than two in a row. Protein days are built around beef, lamb, fish or pigeon. Rest days lean on toast, vegetable soups and fruit, with no meat or fish at all.

The cycle repeats itself the following week, with room to swap a dish for another of the same day type, covered below.

Protein day versus rest day

A protein day is built around a meat or fish dish at lunch, with a grain like rice, freekeh or bulgur, followed by a lighter dinner, often a soup. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday in the table above follow this pattern, with beef, lamb or fish depending on the day. A rest day sets meat and fish aside entirely. Lunch and dinner are built from cooked vegetables, creamy soups made with butter or cream, and fruit. The body then digests without the load of an animal protein, which prepares it for the protein day that follows. It is this alternation between the two types, rather than any calorie count, that shapes the whole week. The same sorting principle runs through the classified food list: most vegetables and fruits appear there only once prepared a certain way, usually cooked or peeled, to stay on the tayyib side rather than the khabith one.

How to adapt the table

The table is not meant to be followed to the letter. A dish can be swapped for another, as long as the new one keeps the same meal category and the same day type: a protein lunch changes for another protein lunch, a rest breakfast for another rest breakfast. That keeps the balance of the week intact. What does not shift is the rhythm between eating and drinking. The two-hour rule, explained in full in the article on the mechanism, applies whichever dish is chosen. Three meals, never two proteins on the same plate, and that gap before drinking: everything else adjusts to taste and to what is on hand. A rest day that falls on a week when a listed fruit is out of season adjusts the same way, by picking another dish from the same slot in the recipe list.

The printable version

For a full online version, the seven-day plan carries this table with the detail of every meal and its alternatives. A free 17-page excerpt contains the guide's first pages, the two-hour rule and the eleven daily rules, not other weeks: it sits in the ebook preview. For all 174 pages, the full ebook brings the whole system together. For a copy the whole household can use, the seven-day table above can also be printed straight from this page, with no extra app or account needed.

Frequently asked questions

Can you repeat the same week? Yes, the table is meant to run identically week after week, with no need to change its content. What should you drink during the week? Water, roughly two hours after each meal; green tea and black coffee, without sugar or milk, are kept and allowed even during those two hours. Do you need to weigh your food? The guide calibrates 200 g of protein and 80 g of raw grain per adult portion, the rest is not weighed.
