Sehtin is a multilingual editorial platform dedicated to health, nutrition and natural methods. We start with the Tayyibat dietary system by Dr. Diaa Al-Awadi, the most studied food framework in the Arab world, and extend toward broader topics : traditional cooking, hormonal balance, family meals, regional adaptations, and the science behind food.
