The eleven foundational rules

Eat only when hunger is real. No fixed schedule.

Eat to satiety, then stop. No counting calories or portions.

Animal protein every other day. Always leave a digestive rest day between two protein days.

Beef and bison once a week. Boil first, then sear in ghee.

Lamb is more flexible: up to twice a week. Fish is best grilled. Avoid shrimp and squid.

All listed fruits are allowed except watermelon and cantaloupe. Pomegranate and prickly pear filtered as juice.

Pickles in moderation. Olives and pickled lemon allowed in reasonable amounts.

Basbousa only from commercial bakeries; homemade versions contain eggs and milk.

Following the system naturally regulates acidity issues, according to its principles.
- 10
Drink water only when thirsty. No forced daily quota.
- 11
Two to three components per meal. Lighten the digestive load.
