The eleven foundational rules

Eat only when hunger is real. No fixed schedule.

Eat to satiety, then stop. No counting calories or portions.
- 03
Animal protein every other day. Always leave a digestive rest day between two protein days.
- 04
Red meat hierarchy according to Dr. Diaa: 1) lamb and mutton first, 2) liver second (once a week max), 3) goat third, 4) beef fourth. Beef is always boiled long, then seared in ghee.
- 05
Lamb as priority red meat (up to twice a week). Wild sea fish best grilled or steamed. Avoid shrimp and squid.
- 06
All listed fruits are allowed except watermelon, cantaloupe and avocado. Pomegranate and prickly pear filtered as juice.
- 07
Pickles in moderation. Olives and pickled lemon allowed in reasonable amounts.
- 08
Basbousa only from commercial bakeries; homemade versions contain eggs and milk.
- 09
Following the system naturally regulates acidity issues, according to its principles.
- 10
Drink water only when thirsty. No forced daily quota.
- 11
Two to three components per meal. Lighten the digestive load.
