Grilled fish on freekeh

Light evening dish: wild sea fish grilled simply, served on freekeh dressed with olive oil.

    Cook the freekeh

    25 min

    Cook the freekeh in 600 ml lightly salted water, covered, on low heat for 25 minutes.

    Grill the fish

    10 min

    Brush the fish with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Grill over high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side.

    Plate

    5 min

    Spread the freekeh on plates, lay the fish on top, drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
