15 minStir in the pumpkin chunks. Continue simmering 15 minutes until the pumpkin is fork-tender.

Cook the rice
20 minLift out the meat and pumpkin, keep warm. Cook the rinsed rice in 480 ml of the broth, covered, on low heat 18 minutes. Stir in the ghee.
